The Beginning
It started in 1980 when hunger struck, turkey was cheap, and I had a Weber barrel smoker. I decided to give it a go. The turkey was tasty but needed improvement. Over the years, we perfected our recipe. Then we added brisket, ribs, sausage, eye of the round, and poor man’s burnt ends. Many have told us we make some of the best BBQ around.
